"We had quick check in and room ready before 3 pm. Room very warm and spacious. Saw a couple of cobwebs in corners on ceiling however. The tea and coffee facilities were good but the kettle didn''t switch off automatically and kettle lid didn' t stay on very well which was a hazzard. We were a little disappointed to find that our bed had not been made even though the cleaner had been in as teacups had been washed. This hadn't been an issue on a previous stay however."

"And mid aged receptionist was slow. Was not to bothered that people were waiting in a queue waiting to be attended too. Too busy talking about personal life. Bar and breakfast staff were really pleasant and helpful Overall the property can do with an update. Had creaky floors in my room . Squeaky mattress and a loose toilet. "

"Gave a good impression on arrival, receptionist friendly and efficient. Room was good size, facilities good, comfortable bed for a good sleep. Bedroom needs some updating to give power/USB near bed."
