"Hotel is beautiful and the superior room was stunning, the decor, the bathroom is luxurious and the hotel made us a little Congratulations chocolate platter and card for our recent wedding which was a lovely touch. There was only one problem which was the heated towel rail in bathroom was so hot I burnt my arm, I did inform reception as needs to be attended. The spa is so lovely too, I had an Indian head massage which was very relaxing. All staff were lovely although I would say I would choose...

"We just spent one night in Chester to visit the rows which is a reputation of the city. The hotel itself a bit far from downtown which takes about 20 minutes by walk. The room is a bit small with no view. There is no an elevator and the stairs is quite narrow. Pros are good breakfast, free car parking, and big bed. "
