"We just stayed for a single night, but had no issues - friendly staff, a lovely clean room, a nice small balcony, and just a short walk from the centre of town.
The only note I'd make is that the mattress in our room was very soft indeed - it suited us ok, but may be a little too soft for those who need a firmer mattress."
"Our check in was really easy and the staff were very welcoming. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable. It was really helpful being able to use the carpark before and after our check-in and check out times."
"This was the perfect location for us to stay to be able to visit Cheshire Oaks, Chester Zoo and Chester, just 10mins drive from each. I avoided hotels in Chester due to lack of easy parking options but this one was great. Really nice rooms, clean and modern with lots of amenities. Breakfast was good, plenty of hot and continental choices. We loved the warm cookie at check in too - a nice touch! Staff were all very nice and friendly."

"Lovely hotel grounds smaller than expected. Nice rooms although a little dated. Comfortable, staff friendly, nice breakfast. Great pool and easy free parking with p&r not far. Would stay again "
"We just spent one night in Chester to visit the rows which is a reputation of the city. The hotel itself a bit far from downtown which takes about 20 minutes by walk. The room is a bit small with no view. There is no an elevator and the stairs is quite narrow. Pros are good breakfast, free car parking, and big bed. "
