"Make sure you get the room you ordered and not at the seperate cheap and horrible room in the other side of the Hotel complained and moved us booked for two days hotel said one night supervisor manager pedro agreed 2 day room was locked after we cane back from shopping and hotel wanted to charge double the rate. Been a few times but will never go back. Really disappointed "
"Room was excellent, bar was very quiet with grumpy manage. Breakfast staff not so great service, I got eggs florentine without any eggs. Reception staff helpful and friendly. "
"Quiet and comfy room, by the canal about 15 mins walk from the centre of Chester. Good selection at breakfast.
Slight negative was I followed the parking directions given to park at station only to then walk to hotel and find there was parking directly outside (same price too)."
