"From when we arrived with a reserved sign in the car park to breakfast and evening meal we were treated like VIPs and nothing was too much trouble. It is difficult enough when travelling in a wheelchair but the staff made us feel very special. We will definitely recommend the hotel to others and if we need to stay in Chester again we will definitely book the Crown Plaza."

"We were unaware when we booked that Chester Races were on that day (the Hotel is next to the Race course). We are very familiar with Chester having lived there for many years but we found it extremely difficult to manage the road closures and diversions around the hotel. When we did arrive, our name was on a list and we were very pleased that a parking space had been reserved for us and we did not have to pay for parking that first night - thank you.
