"Booked a couple of apartments and both were very well equipped with tasteful decor and comfortable beds. The location was great and the parking easily accessible which, indie the walls, is unusual. No hesitation in recommending the place."

"Looked at the website before we went and there was no information on facilities. Was really hoping for a gym but no mention on website. On arrival realised there was one but hadn’t packed anything to wear. Hotel location was great and staff generally very helpful, mattress on bed was only major complaint and sagged in the middle so little sleep."

"Property wasn’t well maintained. The fridge didn’t work. A light in the bathroom didn’t work even after reporting it to the staff. The window latch was broken. The noise each night from the bar was extremely loud. It did shut down each night by 10pm, making it impossible to relax in the hotel room. There was no warning about this in the hotel description or reviews. There was no laundry service despite this being listed on the Expedia site as an amenity."

"We just spent one night in Chester to visit the rows which is a reputation of the city. The hotel itself a bit far from downtown which takes about 20 minutes by walk. The room is a bit small with no view. There is no an elevator and the stairs is quite narrow. Pros are good breakfast, free car parking, and big bed. "

"Beautiful hotel in areas but if you’re planning to stay here with a baby or you are a wheelchair user I’d maybe think again! This hotel is not accessible at all, it’s quite old so has narrow corridors, lots of heavy doors that are shut between corridors & we were put in a room that had no lift access & was at top of a narrow steep staircase - it was completely impossible to get to with a baby & pram! We had to ask to change rooms and the staff on reception weren’t apologetic or friendly at all!...

"Good location, not far from all attractions. The car park on-site is convenience. The hotel provides a small breakfast but delicious. They also have complimentary coffee and tea which is very nice."
