"Good sized room and lovely conservatory restaurant with good food and service. Buffet breakfast good selection but let down by slow service and in replacing breakfast items that had run out."

"Staff on reception very helpful. Secure parking was a welcome bonus. The room was spacious enough for one/couple. Tea/coffee in room. Shower gel.and soap supplied. Plenty of hanging space. Very warm and a fan was supplied. Bathroom was clean and large enough. Overall very good stay. Didn't have a breakfast so can't comment only, it smelled delicious."

"I absolutely loved this hotel and the location! The staff was always very kind and very accommodating. I absolutely loved the breakfast buffet, it was well-maintained and everything was always fresh. I loved the hotel room. I only wish there was air-conditioning but other than that everything was great."

"Arrived early and was able to check in promptly. Didn’t use any of the amenities as was out all afternoon and eve but did have breakfast in the morning which was exceptional. Shower was initially cold first thing but by the time I had breakfast the water was hot. I would consider staying again when I’m in the area. The manager “Grace” couldn’t have been more helpful and was polite. Nothing too much trouble."

"We had seen not very good reviews about the hotel but were pleasantly surprised. We had 5 rooms booked family and standard, all clean. Hotel is very nice, easy to get to, good gym sauna pool facilities. Hotel is a bit worn but clean and like any other hotel. Breakfast was good. We stayed as there was a wedding function at the Hotel so can be noisy at night, but wasn't too bad. Hotel staff were very nice and helpfull. Not much near hotel to do but lots of places to order from around the...

"Excellent place to stay if working in Walsall Jay the manager is a great guy, with excellent communication. Place has a microwave in room and fully equipped kitchen downstairs “ communal” Spotlessly clean. "I booked a normal standard room, but I was given an accessible room instead. Unfortunately, the room was extremely dirty, especially the bathroom. There was a significant amount of mould, the toilet looked like it had not been properly cleaned, and there were stains everywhere. I went to the staff to complain about the condition of the room, but I was told that I would have to pay extra to change rooms. I do not think this is reasonable, as the accessible room was not the room I originally...
