"Too expensive for what was there.......Could have been vacuumed better....... coffee Kurigg did not work...... took forever to figure out how to run the TV with 2 remotes and no instruction sheet..And of course painting over blemishes and wallpaper peeling off the walls...... Was told there were only 3 rooms left - took a video of parking area- no one else was at the motel. Lady was most pleasant otherwise we would have walked away."

"Had to call to the number provided to receive a code for the door. Not a big deal, but it did take some time, so I recommend to give them a call in advance for a smoother process. Other that that, everything was very clean, and the location was awesome!"

"Excellent budget-friendly hotel. Very clean and comfy room, with a bonus hot tub and pool on property. We made a note about one of our party's allergies during booking. We were not expecting much to come of it. The property manager messaged us back immediately saying they would take extra steps to ensure the cleaners were thorough for our safety and comfort. Thank you so much for the amazing experience! We will be back next!"

"Kim and the Chepstow in were amazing. She greeted us with a friendly smile and gave us all the information we requested about the area around the Inn and interesting sites to visit. She prepared an amazing breakfast for us and had it ready at the time we asked. All around an amazing B&B and Kim made the experience something I would recommend to anyone!"
