4 pillows, 2 with protectors on but stained and warn, the other two with no protector at all. They have to address this, as it’s a serious hygiene issue. None of the staff knew what their policy was. The renovated rooms have been done well considering the room price, however hallways are very dated ...

Spa access was not included. The rooms and hotel were very well worn, poorly kept. Lots of cleanliness issues, if you stand near reception you can hear the constant complaints including someone finding dirty underwear in their room!
