"The property wasn’t ready when we arrived for 3pm, eventually ready at 5pm. When we arrived the fridge was not turned on so we could not refrigerate anything for several hours, the doors were left closed so when opened the fridge smelled awful & very unhygienic. Cutlery & utensils were rusty & in very poor condition. "I was really disappointed with my recent stay here and wouldn’t return. The hotel advertises having a restaurant, but there wasn’t one available. The lighting in the hallways near reception was extremely poor, which didn’t feel welcoming or safe. There were leaks coming through the ceilings with no buckets underneath, meaning you had to walk through puddles just to reach your room. The whole building had a noticeable damp smell throughout.
