AC didn’t work, toilet flush didn’t work, Pillows, comfort all dirty. We informed the front desk that AC not working, we were keep going back to front desk. He said, in 5 mins we will get it, after 2 hrs also no AC. We decided not to stay, then he showed other room, which is full of insects. Finally, he gave 2 other rooms in which AC was working. Expedia should take this hotel out of their list

wrong place and showing in Expedia of this hotel is wrong. we went to that hotel at 10pm at night they send to another hotel it is 5km from k11 hotel. and we book to king side beds means thy give only one king and one single bed. we asked the hotel staff they sed its Expedia sit problem. we came with family that's way we are silent and we dont have time to Argive with people. we are so disappointment in Expedia.

Very bad experience.
I booked quadruple 2 king size bed rooms. I was provided with only a double bedded small room. The faclities promised was not given. We expected a 3 star facility but we were disappointed. You should review what you claim in the website. Please do not cheat the customers.

Felt good... Worth the money...
It was wonderful stay, I was impressed. The room allotted was not what I expected from my booking. But the owner understood and provided me other room at his best price though I had to pay little extra. But the service and the location of the hotel made me feel it was worth it.
Go ahead and book, the staff is very helpful and hotel is very good.
