Great overnight stay

We spent a night here as part of a longer trip. Overall our experience was really good. The room was spotless, super comfortable bed, fridge, and delicious buffet breakfast with a variety of options. The manager is also very kind and makes sure that he creates the best experience for hotel guests. A short trip from the Chennai airport, but well worth it.

With the ongoing construction, the entrance for guests did not appear to be safe. Super friendly staff that helped resolve all issues such as low safe battery, timely room cleaning and resolving flush issues. Comfortable room in Chennai heat with air conditioned room with good temperature control. Average breakfast options compared to other hotels.

Super Value for Money

The Holiday Inn Express was great value for money - clean, well lit, and comfortable rooms; free parking, and a basic but satisfying breakfast. The only downside we faced is that when we stayed (December 2018), the position on Google Maps was two to three kilometres away from the actual position, forcing us to waste time finding it.
