"Lovely quiet room cold outside but room was nice and warm and cosy perfect for us as a stopover. The room and en-suite bathroom was clean and the tea/coffee/water was nice. TV and WiFi all good. Breakfast in the bar was good would highly recommend. "

"Enjoyed our stay at The Ormond Hotel Tetbury, the staff were amazing they did everything to make our stay as pleasant as possible even helped carry luggage to room, served a really good breakfast with a good choice. We would stay here again if visiting the area in the future. "

"We truly had the best stay at Whatley Manor, the room was gorgeous and so cosy, the staff were incredibly attentive and knowledgable. Spotlessly clean, the food was fantastic too! "

"We were given a handi cap room which was not the best as everything was low sink, bed ect. We were not informed prior to our stay I would have booked elsewhere. To find our room was like a rabbit warren if a disabled person had to walk to the end of long and narrow corridors it would terrible. Not impressed at all"

"The room was clean. Check in was pleasant although Prosecco a bit flat. The menu offered in the room by the coffee facilities was totally inaccurate and bore no resemblance to the menu in the restaurant. The dishes came with potato but the side dishes were potato based and only one vegetable option -an unbalanced menu. The cod at dinner was badly cooked and inedible. A message was sent to the kitchen but there was no recompense or response. Overall dinner was highly expensive and not good value....

"The room was beautiful with gorgeous fixtures and ammenities. The staff were amazing! Everybody was friendly and helpful and kind. The housekeeping staff had such positive energy and were an absolute delight, giving me lots of wonderful recommendations for local restaurants and things to do and see around the area. On check out Sharissa was also extremely helpful and generous with her time as I had a few issues with my hire car booking which she assisted me with. The lovely young gentleman...
