Holiday Inn Express Chattanooga – Hamilton Place by IHG
The WiFi went down for a day and wasn’t fixed. The front desk lady was so rude to my family and I when we arrived at 3:30AM to check in and she did not even greet us, told us she couldn’t check us in and that we would have to wait 30 minutes.
