"Fantastic stay"

"I Normally Don’t Leave Reviews, But I Feel Like This Experience Needs To Be Addressed. From The Beginning, This Stay Was Extremely Disappointing & Unprofessional. The First Room We Were Given Was Infested With Ants. Within Only About An Hour Of Being In The Room, Staff Told Us We Needed To Hurry & Eat Our Food And Throw Our Trash Away Somewhere Else As If We Caused The Problem. We Were Also Told The Ants Were “Just Nature,” Instead Of The Issue Being Properly Addressed. The Room Also Had Old Debris Left On The Floor Along With An Old Stocking Cap From Previous Guests, Which Clearly Showed The Room Had Not Been Properly Cleaned. Although Staff Did Move Us To Another Room, That Room Was Not Much Better. There Was Blood On The Sheets, Old Bobbi Pins Left On The Floor, More Debris, And The Toilet Did Not Work Properly. At That Point, It Was Very Clear That Cleanliness And Room Inspection Standards Were Severely Lacking. I Am Still Waiting To Hear Back Regarding My Refund. I Have Called And Emailed Multiple Times With Little To No Response From The Property, Which Has Made This Entire Situation Even More Frustrating. Cleanliness, Functioning Rooms, And Basic Customer Service Should Be The Bare Minimum At Any Hotel. This Entire Experience Was Unsanitary, Frustrating, And Inconvenient"

"Hotel needs deep clean in bathrooms with grout and the floors get drenched no matter what you do. Very confusing and horrible parking, located in a very awkward three way in downtown which was awful to get in and out of. Clean beds and room with nice staff but will not go back."

"The gym was poor. The room was cramped, the squealing noise from the pipes at night was the worst. The decor is desperately in need of an update. "

"Average hotel needs updates. Front desk was pleasant, not award-winning service (except for one agent who provide excellent customer service to resolve room issue). It's impossible to speak with a live person at the front desk on phone (even in the hotel I had to walk downstairs to get customer service). The hotel is very well located and it was quiet on a busy street. It's midtown with Fox Theatre directly across the street, businesses, restaurants, convenience store, coffee shop, METRO and very walkable. Everything is close by. The area feels safe, but it does have city life (although it's the south, i.e. like most cities there are some unhoused people in the area). Specifically some small points about the hotel it could use some updates (for the price point), furniture, working ice machines, and minor repairs like door handles. Again, it a real bummer not to be able to talk with someone IN THE HOTEL via telephone before (and/or after arrival). My 3-day leisure visit was fine 3 out 5. I would stay here again for the LOCATION (they do have restaurant and coffee shop - both over priced). Nothing is complimentary. Enjoy the stay. peace."

"This is a hotel we're 100% revisiting.The hype but soothing energy is felt as soon as you enter the sliding doors. The staff members are very intentive and informative. The breakfast is absolutely amazing. And the complimentary drinks were exceptional."
