"Don’t recommend"

"A cute little motel. Very clean and comfortable. Close to everything. The hosts very friendly and helpful. The only critique we had was the pillows. They were very thin, and even 2 together they were not comfortable. New pillows would make a very big difference."

"Front desk staff was so welcoming, friendly and helpful. With the inn right off the busy highway it was still quite clean. I was surprised upon opening the door to my room! It was so spacious, clean and inviting I will stay here again and so should you The restaurant, Kim’s, is right on the property too. Go there. The staff are friendly and accommodating. The food is delicious and you don’t leave still hungry."

"Parking was easy. Room was very clean, odor free, and seemed to be newly renovated. Did not have coffee maker. The walls must be very thin as we were disturbed all night by noisy guests in the adjacent room. To their credit, they did quiet down, but continued talking all night, which we could here through the walls. No sleep for us."

"Our trip started with a beautiful greeting at the front door and a quick and easy check-in whisking us up to our room with our belongings. The room was beautiful and well prepared as well as extremely clean. We were excited to use the pool and found that all the amenities within the location were beautiful and exceeded our expectations. The staff are really what make this place, from the gal who was vacuuming the rugs to the managers. Everyone in between is so kind and courteous. Lots of options...

"The room was fine; however, the property is 'sketchy'. I can only hope that properties like Shenstone can improve and offer medium priced accomodation in an area that badly needs it. With non-refunable reservations, I gave up my $$, to stay in a place that was cleaner."

"The hotel was under construction with no notice to us before booking. We were not able to use the z, hot tub, no blow dryer, and bagged breakfast. My son was there for hockey try outs and were intentionally booking somewhere for the hot tub and a good breakfast. "

"You get what you pay for - a basic room. Check in was easy and the staff were nice. Cons were that the noise bleeds heavily from the road out front and the hallways. I couldn't turn off the porch light either and the light really comes through the blinds. There was also a spat between other patrons at about 1am (that can't really be blamed on the motel) but it was quite loud and kept me awake. There is no box spring either and the mattress was a bit thin so my back was a bit sore in the...

"The room was very nice - large and well appointed. The bed was really comfortable. We had a lovely continental breakfast in the morning and were able to sit in the dining room overlooking the bay. Staff was excellent. My only concern was with poor lighting in the parking lot and I did pass that along in the morning. We came in later in the evening and it was very difficult to see where we were walking. Probably not an issue in the busy season when the restaurant is open and people are out...

"Kim and the Chepstow in were amazing. She greeted us with a friendly smile and gave us all the information we requested about the area around the Inn and interesting sites to visit. She prepared an amazing breakfast for us and had it ready at the time we asked. All around an amazing B&B and Kim made the experience something I would recommend to anyone!"
