"The hotel room was clean, basic standard hotel. No extras such as kettle etc. There was an issue upon arrival meaning there was a significant delay in checking in people. With only one member of staff, doing the best she could, it was still quite a long wait. The hotel could benefit from online pre-checkin. The hotel was ok in every respect, close to the train station and central Brussels however it’s very much of a budget hotel. The value for money was good."

Customer service was poor, housekeeping was inconsistent, and staff were not helpful. Traveling with a child, we even had difficulty getting an extra bottle of water. "Hotel, exceptionally clean, staff friendly, breakfast good. Only down fall for us was the lack drink facilities in the room. Being on a motorway services, I accept it was only a short walk to the on site food and drink outlets, but after a 7 hour drive, we just wanted to stay in our room and rest."

"Zentral gelegenes Hotel in umgebauten Altbau. Sehr großzügiges Zimmer und Bad mit netter kleiner Sitzecke. Etwas schwierig sind die vielen einzelnen Stufen, die sich auch durch mit Aufzug nicht vermeiden ließen. Altbau halt."

"This is a large hotel in the heart of the university. All roads are underground which is a bit confusing for a first time visitor, I looped around twice before finding the hotel car park. The hotel itself was reasonably pleasant, if a little dated. The room was spotless with a nice shower. However the hotel restaurant was too busy at lunchtime to eat there without a reservation.
