"My room was not ready when I arrived, I was told by the front desk person that it would be ready in 15 minutes, after 30 mins I spoke to a different frint desk associate named Shasta who was not only so apologetic and professional but went above and beyond to get me into a room and made every accommodation she had to, to make up for the inconvenience.
