"The room is spacious and clean with a little kitchenette that has more than adequate facilities. Check-in with seamless and staff for friendly, even allowed me to check in earlier as I arrived before was expected. Needed to leave early in the morning for a flight and they got me a private transfer at a reasonable price, which showed up on time. Air-conditioning worked and water was available. "I loved the attention to detail in the room. Chocolate on the desk next to the bed, cabinet to enclose the mini fridge and snacks, bottled water, ice already in the ice bucket, slippers by the bed and a personal message on the tv when I walked in. It was elegance through and through. The staff were amazing and it was only a two minute walk from the O.R. Tambo Airport.
