The best place to stay in CLT if it’s 2-3 days! Great service. Right near the airport, and a shuttle picks you up and takes you free of charge. This is my 2nd stay and I’m still impressed. Also a gym and pool and a great bar.

Stayed on an overnight layover, the airport shuttle is very handy. The room I booked was a tad bit small for two people and all their luggage, so the room size is perfect if you’re travelling solo. Definitely not a bad thing, just something to consider. The continental breakfast is delicious and has a nice variety.

I have stayed at several Tru hotels now and have had amazing experiences - Lake Pointe was no different! The staff did a great job explaining what was where since they are combined with a 2nd hotel. Parking was a breeze by scanning a QR code and entering in plate info. I would say the only downside was parking was kind of crazy BUT there were still plenty of spots available around the back with multiple entry doors on the side and back of building. Please note - this did NOT take away from a great experience - the hotel was beautiful, great location, cost friendly, they had a fun facts board near the elevator for visitors, and the staff was personable and helpful. The rooms are great - spacious and clean. I love the layouts and how modern the rooms are. Thank you for a great stay! Will be back in August!
