We were given a room and it was dirty. Mold in shower, general thick dust and dirty walls and surfaces, then the bedding was even dirty. I went to the desk and he was very nice when I showed him the pictures. We were given a different room and it was much better. It looks like they have a lot of the studios rented to long staying folks for work.

great stay!
John on the front desk is amazing, he has energetic and friendly vibes. The hotel is one of the great hotel that we stayed so far with the very affordable price! we want to stay in Towneplace again in the future!

Stayed for a week with a family of 4 including 2 small children. Room was labeled to be acceptable for 4. Pretty much standing on top of each other when we were there. Luckily planned things to take the majority of the day up so we weren’t at the hotel very long. Had to keep asking for new toiletries rather than have them available. Breakfast was mediocre. Not a terrible place if passing through, NOT for an extended stay

Wish the indoor pool had been open. It's one of the big reasons we stay there. It was closed when only the hot tub was being repaired.

We choose to stay with Towneplace Suites whenever available. We know what to expect. This location was a little less. Room needs some update. Tile floor feels sticky and greasy in room or in breakfast area. Staff very nice as always.

This is not a review it’s a mere observation. That is not a picture of the hotel I stayed in. And the flimsy little overhang with no protected parking while you check in is ridiculous. I went around the building twice to find the entrance…who came up with that architecture?

Very clean and the staff very extremely helpful. The breakfast was really good too. The only disappointment was that the hot tub, which my kids were looking forward to, has been down for months.

Wouldn’t Stay Again
My room was not cleaned when I arrived. The garbage had not been taken out and there were dirty towels on the floor and in the closet. The shower door was broken. The front desk staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The hotel was not as new as expected.

The lady at the front desk was amazing. She was so sweet and helpful!!! The room itself was great. However, there was hair on the bed and the fridge could have used a little bit more cleaning.

Asked for early checkin Online did not get it was notified after we checked in. Only 2 large towels for 2 day stay. Small tv for room. Would have liked coffee to be available during day and early evening
