The hotel was one of the best ones I’ve stayed at. It was super clean the staff kept up making sure rooms were taken care of. It had a lot of on site amenities including serving breakfast, lunch, dinner, a bar, it was all reasonably priced and pretty good. It was easy to get to and easy to get luggage in and out of the hotel. 100 percent I’d stay here again if I’m ever in charlotte again!

This hotel was a pleasant surprise! I was warmly greeted by Girard upon entry and he made my stay feel extra special! The lobby was lovely, with complimentary infused water daily. The hotel restaurant had great wings and excellent cocktails! Next time we visit Charlotte, we will surely stay at a Sonesta again!

The hotel was very nice. The pool was gorgeous, but the very best thing was how nice and helpful the staff were. A special shout out to James the night chef. (I hope I got his name right.) We had the most delicious salmon I have ever tasted and he came out of the kitchen to see how we liked it. YUM!
