The hotel is conveniently located near the highway. The staff were really nice and attentive to our needs! Check in was a breeze and we were able to check in early. It was very quiet. The view of the lake and Top Golf was great. Breakfast was good even though my little ones only ate the bacon. I wish there were scrambled eggs on the days we were there but overall it was good! I would definitely stay again on our next visit to Charlotte ☺️

The staff greeted us friendly and politely even at 3am after our flight had been delayed twice. I noticed immediately the clean smell in the lobby. It was fresh not trying to disguise anything. The bathroom was clean with new looking towels and the beds were comfortable with crisp fresh scented sheets. Breakfast had warm and cold options for our family. Overall one of the best stays we have had.
