No coffee pot, hair dryer, bath soap, lotion, conditioner or blanket. The shower was luke warm to warm. Never hot. I was really cold & had to turn the heat to 85 * to get any heat. The bed had a sheet & the thinnest bedspread ever. The mattress was comfortable!!! Breakfast was dry cereal & weak coffee. Parking was fine. For that price I expected more.

We stayed in room 204. It was a little hard to find but we found it. The hotel staff was friendly. The security cameras all around the property made it feels safe but at the same time a little overbearing. About the overall stay was good. We didn't eat the breakfast due to only one person allowed in the office out of time.

The hotel is in a rougher part of town and they charge a 50$ cash only deposit on arrival, with the extra, 50$ on arrival it would have been the same price to start downtown Charlotte. The staff was friendly and the rooms were clean. They also claim a Continental breakfast. It's just Cheerios. That it. So it's ok if you have to stay there but if you can go else where I would

Since I've been here it's been real great for me. I've had my time honestly with God all alone since I left the homeless shelter. I'm only here for a week I got to go to court on the 19th but I'll be ready at 8:00 p.m. but being here I feel very comfortable knowing G.O.D God Open Doors.... Daily to move even to more freedom.... Which is automatically guaranteed time served thanks for all your help.....🙏

First room they put me in the door wouldn’t unlock. Switched me to a second room and the water never got warm. Cold shower only. The “breakfast” is toast, cereal, and coffee. The whole property smelt like it was a cannabis dispensary. Not to mention the deposit when you first get there is cash only that they put into zip lock bags in a drawer. So unprofessionally managed and maintained.

Stained bedding. Dirty floors. Broken baseboards and trim. No anemeties. Asked for cash deposit. Staff asked personal questions at check in. Witnessed clerk yelling at customers. Dirty lobby. Staff asked to keep my ID to borrow an iron. Felt unsafe and decided to book elsewhere.

I was really disappointed the manager was very nasty and yelling at me the breakfast included had bugs in the cereal and I saw a lot of bugs in my room it was a horrible experience

I stayed bc i wanted a smoking room and you get what you pay for so not complaining about the room but i was absolutely disappointed for breakfast. They only had a half loaf of bread, cheerios and frosted flakes:( Do better please!
