"Room was clean and staff was great "

"I’m not sure our room was cleaned thoroughly. I couldn’t sleep because their was a strong coffee smell and when I finally checked there was a large coffee stain on the bedding by the floor that smelled and couldn’t have been laundered.the chair in the room was almost missing a wheel and my husband tipped over abs fell out of the chair because of it. Also-when we checked in there was a mixup and they thought they didn’t have a room for us so we had to wait extra long to check in. The rooms are very small, minimal amenities. Would not stay there again. "

"I have stayed in this hotel several times and would always give it 5 stars. This time wasn’t as good. The hotel and room itself were very clean. I think they were short staffed this weekend. We had to ask 3 times for an extra pillow and it seemed that the young gentleman helping us was doing other jobs as well as front desk. The dining room staff were friendly but breakfast offerings ran out and it took 30 min to be replaced. Good coffee!"

"This is our first time at a B&B and it was amazing. The host was outstanding and the property was so clean and well maintained. Joshua was an amazing host and cook. He made us feel at home and the linens were outstanding and the overall charm of the house was out of this world. I will be recommending this to everyone I know so they can share in this experience. So close to the College in a great neighborhood. We will definately be back!"

"When I first walked into this building it was dark. It was very strange. You are greeted by a guy on the computer kiosk, there’s no in person staff that greet you. It felt off so we were very hesitant to stay and thought about cancelling because we felt it was very sketchy. We went to go check out our room which was on the third floor. The elevator is broken so you have to climb up the stairs and the stairs are awful. My legs were shaking going up and down the stairs and I’m fully capable of doing stairs. I will not stay here again unless the elevator is fixed. We ended up staying and the night. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was clean. The tv worked fine, it was nice to have some streaming services available to watch movies on and the temperature in the room felt comfortable. The location being next to the train which wakes you up at 5 am when it goes by was a bit annoying. But, we enjoyed our stay after becoming comfortable in the environment and found that the notes in the wall were a nice homey touch. We would come back in the future if the elevator was fixed. But other than that and being a bit spooked in the beginning by how off the building looked inside, it was a pleasant stay. Thanks! "

"The hotel was updated/new , the room was clean and neat. The staff was great , it’s close to everything you would need. The hallway kept getting dirty with mud because of some blue collar workers , but they kept up with it. The only thing that I didn’t like was that the elevator was out of order , I was on the 3rd floor. I was there for 4 nights so you’d figure it would’ve been fixed in that time. But still , i would recommend it , I’d stay there again. I was there to take a course at the nearby college. I recommend it."

"Staff was nice, room was clean, and breakfast was good. Location was convenient for restaurants and shopping. Rooms are in need of serious updating and renovation. Bathroom fixtures were very old and dated. Furniture also very worn out. Pool and hot tub were out of service for our two day stay."
