The room was gorgeous & very clean! Staff was very nice & helpful. Pool area was wonderful. It was nice having the Tiki Bar by the pool for great cocktails. The ONLY thing I would change is it would be nice to have more than one ice machine on the whole floor. Highly recommend staying here!!

We had a great stay and would definitely return. Across the harbor from downtown Charleston but with a complimentary shuttle, complimentary bicycles, 3 pools, friendly helpful staff, all rooms have a harbor view - welcoming water and popsicles

This hotel is very conveniently located across the bridge from downtown Charleston. The rooms and common areas are beautiful and well appointed. We had a king room facing out to the marina and right across the river from Charleston with a balcony. The pool area is beautiful and large with lots of chairs for relaxation.

The grounds are beautiful, clean, and so relaxing. Pool is large and spacious for kids to play. Rooms are so comfy for families, plenty of space in both room and restrooms. The only negative is the food. I wish there were better options on the property.

Awesome outdoor pool, perfect for kids. The Labor day activities were so fun and walking the dock around the hotel was lovely. Very popular place- could use a few more staff to better communicate to guests about goings on, what is offered, where etc. Overall had a great time!

Overall we enjoyed our stay here. It was a great location with a lot of amenities and nice touches like free bottled water and tokens to use for free drinks or candy from the store. The 2 pieces of feedback I have are that the room could have used a little refresh, there was pretty extensive scuffing all over a lot of the walls and what looked like bleach marks dripped in a lot of places and the reception staff didn’t really greet you. I’ve never stayed at a hotel where the front desk is seated at desks and doesn’t greet you when you come and go. We would stay here again but that is my honest feedback.

Loved this place! Amazing views! Many restaurants close by to either drive or Uber. Food onsite was just okay. Way too expensive compared to other places right up the road. My only complaint is they don’t enforce the adults only pool. There weren’t many kids but there were more than a few and with a huge pool steps away, I do not understand why they were in the adult pool and hot tub.
