"We requested an accessible room. Much confusion over reserving one though several available and were made available. Room was a king bed with a very heavy quilt-cover for a blanket which was quite uncomfortable. A simple sheet was the alternative which required increasing the room heat to avoid feeling cold while trying to sleep. A normal blanket is needed. No normal upholstered chair with arms was furnished in this room. There was a desk chair and an armless straight chair neither of which was useful for an upright sleeper. Plenty of towels were available which helped clean up the water straying from the curbless shower. Two redeeming items were a very complete hot/cold breakfast bar; and very helpful, cheerful employees! "
