"Very good place to stay everything you need is here however the experience of the staff wasn’t so good as they helped did what was required but lacked enthusiasm, happiness and our overall customer service experience I was disappointed with as no one seemed happy to be there working at times we felt like an inconvenience "

"The staff was so kind and helpful. They assisted us with dinner recommendations and ordered taxis for us, and even let us have our room early at check in. The beds were also very comfortable. "

"Bad sewage smell from toilet. When reported to reception, staff said they’d check it. On return told it was resolved but in reality nothing had been done. Was not offered to change rooms. Very little care shown. Pillow was dirty and soiled. Breakfast was not very good."

"The staff is so kind, friendly, and accommodating. Martin, Lali, and Marina were an absolute delight. They accommodated a last minute request and made sure our luggage’s were sent to both rooms. Lali even took my luggage downstairs and bought me a coffee <3 I do recommend having some fans for the rooms with no ac, but other than that everything was clean, smelling good, well decorated and I’d go back there anytime. "

"Stayed one night with my husband. Dapper gent at the desk was friendly and efficient, room was cozy and clean, bed super comfy, on-site restaurant was lovely. I'd have liked a mini fridge in the room and the shower pressure was just ok but like most yanks if I'd my druthers it'd be like a power washer so take that with a grain:) Otherwise a perfect stay. "
