"rooms are clean, spacious, and serviced everyday. Good breakfast on offer and the Bar is good too. Greal location and good parking. Staff very helpful and knowledgeable about the area. Shenandoah mountains are wonderful. Lots of wineries and farmers market near by"

"The place is absolutely beautiful. The setting is perfect. The staff was kind and helpful. Here are a few little things that would have made it a perfect experience. The breakfast on both days was original and interesting. However, it was supposed to be hot not like warm. Outside of our room by the water station was a tray of dirty cups that was there untouched for three days. It may seem petty but our bathroom had only a single roll of TP that was almost used up. The mentioned complementary drinks were not there and the handle on the fridge was broken. The pointed out details are things I can observe but they make you doubt whether all other things were taken care of that you have to trust: You trust that sheets and towels are fresh. You simply trust that everything has been reset to welcome you as a guest. I really loved the place but these things disappointed me."

"We have stayed here before. Unsure why it would be called luxury. We do like coming. Breakfast is nice,not $60 though. The first course of breakfast is usually dry,left out too long and should not be included at all. Our tubs drain was unattached,and the sinks had no stoppers at all. A concern for my diamond ring. The property also canceled our dinner reservation3 days previous. Many light bulbs were out in our room. The vents and shower were in need of spring cleaning."

"Building is a little out of date and needs some updating. Room could use a deep clean and our room smelled moist. The was an amazing restaurant on site (but I think the restaurant manager said that they were moving soon). The food was exceptional."

"Our room as clean and fresh smelling. The office clerk was able to put us on the first floor which is always a plus. Our air conditioner worked wonderfully, which is always a bonus. The only complaint we had for our room as the shower head was basically a trickle. There was plenty of water pressure when you turned on the faucet but it didn't translate to the shower head. We appreciate that Motel 6 is now carpet free. This makes the room feel cleaner. Our bed was firm but comfortable. We travel several times in the Summer and have found we appreciate our stays at Motel 6 better then most chains."
