"Very friendly staff and cool rooms!"

"We arrived at 5:30 pm and our room was still not ready. We were told that they were under new management as of the day we checked in. They were also not able to provide us with a key upon check-in so when we returned from dinner we had to walk all around the building to the front entrance to get into our room (without a key the other entrances were not accessible). We feel that we should not be charged the additional "facilities fee" for the inconveniences."

When we returned at approximately 3:00 PM, the room still had not been cleaned. At 3:20 PM, we called the front desk and specifically requested housekeeping. "The room was okay with basic amenities. Room was furnished with 2 queen beds, fridge and microwave. Parking was free and plentiful. The staff weren't customer oriented, didn't want to be bothered."

"Check in was chaotic. I’m the staff called the room phone at 11:05pm stating they needed me to come back to the front desk for additional information. I asked the manager why they would call and wake me and my young child up past 11 pm for a reservation that had been paid for weeks in advance. They don’t tell you there are additional fees to use the beach / pool. The hallway smelled like cigarettes and many guests had barking dogs. Certainly not worth the price. "This “ Motel” needs a whole lot of updating. Upon entering the room we noticed there were ants everywhere. So bad that our bed and cupboards were literally infested with them. We told the lady at the front desk and she sprayed vinegar and that was it. We had then crawling on us while trying to sleep. DISGUSTING. The tv dud not work at all the first night. Just buffered because apparently it’s wifi cable and we were told basically nothing they could do because the internet was slow. However...

"Loved the property and the staff. The room was very clean, the bed was very comfortable, the TV had all the channels we needed. They key card gave us an issue with deactivation. If you put it next to your phone in your pocket, it deactivates. The breakfast was better than expected for a “continental” style of breakfast. Overall, we had a great experience and we will go back"

"The property is close to the most upscale in that area. Ther is a need for some renovations. Very secured and parking is great. Parking is one of the reasons we choose to stay there, the staff are great and the views from the room are great. There is a need to offer better breakfast options and their new eco friendly air conditioning system is not customer friendly and is confusing how. It works. They need to rethink their HVAC System."
