Thanks for your stays at Crestview

I hope you would call the front desk for help as soon as you have a concern.. I don’t see your reservation in our system, we were fully booked for the last 2 months, the guest house is acknowledged by many repeating guests of the cleaning and efforts to keep it up to date, since we opened and bought all new furniture 4 years ago.

We got all those new mattresses 4 years ago when we first open, will inspect them again and make the necessary updates

Hello John, we have 4 types of room, I wish you choose the Deluxe queen room or a superior room with a bigger space, on your next visit. I hope the front desk and housekeeping employees did awesome job to check you in. Unfortunately, the owner was not available since he was at the store to pick new air-conditioner unit for your room.

Busy season, but we able to provide every guest with nice and clean private room, which is Furnished with TV, mini fridge, desk, free wifi and a comfortable bed.. we don’t have any cases in our small town, so we must screen all guests.. our housekeeper staff work around the clock to clean and sanitize the whole place

Hello our guest, Thank for coming all the way from Germany to visit us in Chapleau. so sad to hear that you didn't have enough space for the wheel chair, unfortunately the reservation didn't mention about wheel chair, and the property is not designed for wheel chair accessibility. but that's something we may look into it at the future as we are located on ground floor level and it is our pleasure to support all our guests need.
