"We had a great stay here. Its perfectly located within walking distance to several restaurants, shopping (including Tlaquepaque), and even has a hiking trail in the back. The breakfast was really good and the views were awesome. Unfortunately, we had a few plumbing issues, however, maintenance came and fixed very quickly. "We were tired from hiking all day, and when we checked in, they sent me to another counter for the "welcome packet"; it was a timeshare sales pitch. That should have been a choice, not false information about "welcome packets."
I would never go back to this place! The location and parking are very inconvenient; the furniture is outdated, and everything in the room seems unclean except the bed. You have to pay a $30 resort fee (for the outdoor pool)! We have to call for hand towels and...

"This place was just amazing! Room was spotless, the breakfast provided was delicious and just what we needed. And the staff were so sweet and helpful! We will 100% book here again. It felt like home while on vacation! The location was also perfect, within minutes of most of the things we decided to do and very walkable!"

"Cute place to stay but the bed issue was a pain. The mattress does not fit that bed. Having to make sure we cleared the sides getting in and out was difficult while half awake. The breakfasts were great though."

"There were limited reviews on Expedia when we booked our 2 day stay so we were a little concerned... but the concern was quickly erased once we arrived. The grounds, facilities and rooms were all well kept, clean and beautiful. The staff was kind and welcoming as well.
Only 1 small frustration. The TV in the room is a smart tv which was great. We travel with our Roku so that we can log into our favorite networks and stream the shows we want. However, every time we switched the "input" on the TV...

"This place was absolutely amazing!! This is by far the nicest place we have ever stayed at in Sedona! The host was amazing and very informative, as well as answered any questions immediately. This is our new favorite place and we will rent everytime we come to visit Arizona! "

"The house was very spacious for our family of 5. The kids enjoyed the ping pong table, there was also a good selection of books during down time. Kitchen was well stocked, nice linens, even got to park in the garage. Great location, close to trails, beautiful views. "

"We loved the idea of having a fully fenced backyard for our pups. It was very inviting and clean. Had everything and extras of anything you could need for your stay.
The only thing l could complain about is the chairs on the dining room table need to be tightened. Most of the legs were loose.
We will definitely keep this place in my for our next stay. "

"The property is in a great location and beautiful grounds. The rooms are large with nice amenities in the room (refrigerator, coffee machine). The beds were soft (for me specifically) and the AC unit was a bit loud when it turned on throughout the evening and overnight. A short walk brings you to the site to watch the sunset where others have to pay to park. There is a mobile trailer that sells food, beer and wine on the grounds, so very convenient."

"The property was as expected per the description. All personnel were great and offered discounts for the restaurant on property and in town. We had a third person who slept on the pull out couch and was happy with the comfort. All amenities were provided. I would recommend this property, especially due to the affordable price."
