Everything was incredible from the moment we arrived. Early check in was available, the team arranged parking for our car. Had dinner both nights at the restaurant and can’t fault the food, my chef partner loved everything on the menu. Staff were so attentive and lovely. Our stay at The Tanneries was exceptional. The property is gorgeous and modern yet fitting the historical surroundings, the rooms are also very modern and lovely with immediate proximity/ views to the water. Most importantly the staff is wonderful. On the first day of my stay I got a massage, scrub and facial with Katarina and it was excellent. Then the next day the reception staff went out of their way to help when my colleague was not feeling well. I can’t say enough about The Tanneries hotel and how they go out of their way for guests.

This property is beautiful. Modern design and great views. The staff were very friendly and our stay was pleasant. Close to perfection! Very nice hotel by the sea. Excellent service. Rooms are fantastic with a view on the sea, the area is quite, a bit far from the center but if you have a car it should not be a problem. And last but not least: the restaurant is really great, probably the best in Chania I had the pleasure to experience in 3 different stays in tje last 5 years. My new favorite!
