Bra skick då hotellet är nyrenoverat o läget är perfekt på stranden MEN servicen saknas helt , alla skyller på alla när man har önskemål/ klagomål, frukosten är dålig, resturang saknas o i baren kan dom göra 2( Två) av drinkarna på menyn . Åk inte hit innan dom bytt personal.

Les points positifs, Belle, piscine vue sur la mer, état de l’hôtel neuf propre. Point négatif, le ménage pas fait dans les chambres ou du moins partiellement fait. Le lit a à peine été rangé. Les draps ne sont pas changés. J’ai fait un séjour de 10 jours, on m’a changé les housses de couette et les draps que une seule fois. Sol pas fait, il y avait toujours du sable, Le petit déjeuner, ce n’est pas un buffet c’est un petit déjeuner à la carte donc assez redondant pas de choix les personnes qui servent le petit déjeuner pas souriant pas agréable. Avoir le service. Faut croire que l’hôtel nous a été donné gratuitement je recommande pas l’hôtel. Pour moi accueil est primordial au niveau de la réception c’est très bien, mais au niveau du petit déjeuner et le reste catastrophique.

.Sehr schöner, erholsamer Urlaub in neu eröffnetem Hotel Das Hotel ist neu und modern eingerichtet. Besonders positiv hervorzuheben sind die sehr bequemen Betten und die geschmackvoll gestalteten Zimmer. Die gesamte Anlage – insbesondere Pool und Sonnenliegen – war in einem hervorragenden Zustand und besticht durch ihre direkte Strandlage. All das trug zu einem rundum entspannten Urlaub bei. In der Umgebung befinden sich diverse Shops, Restaurants, eine Autovermietung sowie eine gute Busverbindung nach Chania. Das Personal an der Rezeption war stets freundlich und hilfsbereit – vor allem bei der Organisation von Ausflügen und Taxifahrten. Da das Hotel erst im Mai eröffnet hat, gab es vereinzelt kleinere Abstriche: Der Roomservice erfolgte nicht täglich, das Servicepersonal im Restaurant wirkte teilweise noch nicht vollständig eingearbeitet, und die Qualität von Cocktails und Speisen war etwas schwankend. Angesichts des insgesamt sehr guten Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnisses konnten wir darüber jedoch gut hinwegsehen. Ein kleiner Wunsch unsererseits wäre Musik an der Bar gewesen – das hätte die Atmosphäre abends noch etwas aufgelockert. Insgesamt war es für uns ein sehr gelungener Aufenthalt, und wir können das Hotel auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.
