Wonderful Old Town Location!

We had a wonderful stay. The service and location are both excellent. We hope to be back again someday. I also want to thank you for your help before our arrival regarding parking our vehicle. Parking just outside the historical walking district was complicated for us, and your guidance made things much easier by directing us to the nearest free parking.

The kitchenette had everything you need to make a light meal. The room was spacious and very clean. The room had AC which was surprising! Excellent location for exploring Chania. The rooftop terrace was a wonderful oasis to enjoy a glass of wine and unwind. I would stay again without hesitation.

Palazzo di Pietro is a hidden gem - a delightful property with many fascinating elements. It's spotlessly clean. The owner, Eleutheria, was extremely welcoming and helpful, and gave great guidance for interesting things to do, places to eat etc. There were many small touches which made our stay wonderful - we would definitely want to stay here again if re-visiting Chania.

Eluetheria, Roxani, and Tonia were all friendly, helpful, and thoughtful. The room was lovely and quaint, built into a beautiful old Venetian building. It was reasonably priced and close to the harbor. We highly recommend it to anyone.

The hotel is very convenient close to restaurants, shopping and attractions. The owner and receptionist were very nice. They gave us fruit baskets , water bottles and candies upon arrival. They have all what you need like coffee, sugar etc. Definitely recommend this hotel.

This is a beautiful place to stay. The host and staff are very friendly and knowledgeable about the town and its history. It is in an excellent location close to the old harbor. They have a wonderful garden space on the top floor. Our room had a kitchenette and the fridge was stocked with water, fruit, and other drinks. The bed was very comfortable. Everything was perfect. I highly recommended staying here if you are in Chania.

We travel a fair amount and have never been taken care of so well. The owner greeted us warmly, gave us an overview (and a map!) of the neighbourhood with the best places to shop and eat. The room was impeccable, well-appointed and had all amenities one would expect plus extras. We had a lovely stay and an to come back to Crete with friends and stay at Palazzo di Pietro again. This property is amazing! We loved our stay here. The room was authentically Greek with beautiful furnishings and the bed was so comfortable. The small attention to detail really makes this property one of a kind! The balcony was our favourite place to enjoy breakfast or a before/after dinner drink. There is a beautiful rooftop terrace as well. The location was close to everything but like most properties in old town Chania, there is no parking close by. The streets are not accessible by car so if you have a rental you will need to find a spot (
