It’s old fashion hotel, classic style. Quiet and nice place in the city. Easy to go to anywhere in town. Center of the city. Shopping malls very close by.

Located in city center, surrounded by shopping malls, tons of restaurants, very convenient. The entrance gate is "hidden", not in the main road; facilities a little old.

The Gym was good, hotel was a bit dated, but the entire area was undergoing construction so it was very difficult to get in/out of the hotel, lots of traffic jams and having to walk through broken concrete. Not a great experience for the price.

great hotel for Changchun

We stayed for 2 nights after 4 nights at a skii trip in Songhua Ski Resort. My youngest son broke his leg skiing, and he had a fresh cast. The hotel was super-accommodating with bedding, and had a complementary wheelchair to use. Breakfast buffet is awesome - one of the best, and I've stayed at all the 5+star major brands in Asia. Location was great for nearby Dongbei food or chinese bbq.

酒店位置交通便利,飲食方面也有很多選擇,員工服務很好,很到位且貼心,但酒店內旳餐飲一般,仍有很多要改善的地方,如款式.味道等,座位餐等都應好好調整一下,畢竟也是一間有品牌的五星級酒店,餐飲方面應有相應要求,房間設備稍舊了,可更新一下會較佳,但員工服務確實很好,讚!

Smells bad near the elevators and sometimes in the room. Smells of smoke and also (apologies) “toilet”. Toilet in bathroom is too close to shower - nothing to be done about it thought until they decide to renovate again.
