"When I arrived to check-in, I was asked for my ID. I mentioned that my address was not correct on my license. I was then told that because I lived less than 40 miles from the property, I could not stay. I had already paid through Expedia. Never saw a notice regarding this policy when I booked the stay. Upon checking my actual address & with the manager, I was permitted to stay. Less than ideal rest as I was on first floor & there was a lot of noise through the night above me. "

"VANESSA, the front office manager, is EXTREMELY RUDE. Kicked us out of the hotel for having a pet at 1am on NEW YEARS when staff saw us come in with a pet. Refused to cancel other stay because she was mad. "

"The entire front parking lot was demolished or under construction. The first floor rooms were closed. I asked for a refund because the hotel didn't look like it did in the pictures. Refund was refused and I ended up going down the street to the Marriott instead."

"Everything has been great with one exception. The picture on the tv was very dark. We live only 20 miles away but don’t have cable. Our reason for booking here was to see the Ohio State, Miami game and it was so dark it hurt the eyes to watch."
