"Amazing beach and exceptional service! The staff consistently goes above and beyond for their customers. A special shoutout to Be, who was incredible in helping us organize activities for the kids. The kids club is also very convenient, making it perfect for a family vacation."

"Nice place to stay in a very secluded area. Rooms were decent and clean. Staff was friendly and prompt with any room service requests. Breakfast and room service options were as expected. Nothing exceptional, but also not terrible. Pool and beach/property view was beautiful!"

"I have to give this hotel a low score only because the bed was so hard that sleep was not an option. This caused us to cut our stay short, which was the exact opposite of what we wanted. The host lady is excellent and very helpful, the area is beautiful and quiet. If the bed was ok we would have stayed for weeks."

"Good quality rooms"

"The staff are lovely Our hillside pool villa was excellent Restaurant food very good Nothing is too much trouble here"

"Great location good staff Busy hotel Lots of construction noise during the day"

"good hotel"

"Breakfast was good, plenty to choose from, from fresh fruit, juices, salads and hot dishes ! Good room, refreshed daily! Staff were very friendly and helpful ! Close to a variety of restaurants !"

"Staff was very helpful, very clean room with a nice view, very good breakfast with many choices( fruits were very good), the laundry area was clean and convenient, best thing is 24 hours, we were able to check in as soon as we got there."

"At first, it looked nice "on paper'... then, one discovers the following : - carpets need renovation or serious cleaning - too big... looks like a factory.. too many people.. too many noisy disrespectful people - customers are totally not at the level of this hotel : noisy, disrespectful, low class... : giving phone calls during 30 minutes on balcony just above at midnight, or in room at 3:30 am (I had to pick up the security to make it stop), slamming doors, talking loud or shouting,...
