"Das Personal ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Uns wurde sogar noch eine Flasche Wein geschenkt 😎 die Lage ist toll, auch der Blick auf das Meer ist super schön. Man ist schnell am Hafen von Fiskardo, welcher viel zu bieten hat. Das Badezimmer könnte mal etwas aufgefrischt werden. Ansonsten alles gut. Danke!"

There's 3 parking areas. You'll need to know where they are when you arrive. I highly recommend staying here! We loved it!"

"The accommodation was right on the picturesque harbour front and a 2 minute walk away from the port. We only stayed overnight as we were travelling on to Lefkada the following day but everything was perfect. Nice restful night's sleep after the journey from Yorkshire. The hosts provided excellent communication. We would highly recommend and would not hesitate to stay for a longer stay. Thank you!"

"Although a small apartment kitchen/dining, shower room and bedroom. Good balcony overlooking pool and out to see with uninterrupted views of those magnificent sunsets. You do need to hire a car. Although limited utensils we could make our own breakfast. Although there is breakfast available at 15€ pp. Plenty of places to eat locally all drivable. "

"We had a wonderful stay in the ground-floor studio at Ballas Apartments. The courtyard is amazing, and the views looking across Agia Effimia harbour are absolutely incredible. ​Stavros was an exceptional, genuinely helpful host who went above and beyond at all times to ensure we had the best holiday. Location-wise, it’s ideal—we easily drove to Assos and Fiskardo in around 40 minutes. The drive from the airport is straightforward, but a hire car is essential for exploring. Die Lage ist klasse, leicht versetzt in zweiter Reihe. Nach links 10 Minuten zum Hafen (viele Restaurants) und nach rechts auch ca. 10 min. zum schöneren Teil des Strandes und weiteren Restaurants. "A lovely hotel with fantastic, friendly staff and a great location - if you have a car you can get to almost anywhere on the island in approx. one hour. Also close to Sami main town - about a 15 minute walk along the coastal path where there are lots of nice restaurants"

"The place is very convenient but lots of amenities needs extra payment. Only had one bad incident which the cleaning lady just entered our room while we were sleeping. The ocean view was not there even when we paid for that side. Aside from that every staff was very nice."
