"We absolutely loved this hotel. It was an oasis in the middle of the busy, and rather chaotic city. The staff was super friendly. We are a family of five (kids were 14, 12, 9) and booked two rooms. They had us on two different floors. They were very accommodating when we asked if there were two rooms closer together.
Breakfast was phenomenal. They had cereals, a wide variety of fruit, western hot choices, asian hot choices, pastries, breads, salad bar, noodle soup station, charcuterie, egg...
"Just off the main esplanade area, walkable to boat rides, the Palace, shopping, food and bars. Great location. No on site laundry apparent, although the Expedia ad does note laundry facilities.

"We absolutely loved this hotel! The staff were all very friendly especially the pool and restaurant/ staff. The hotel is gorgous and always smelt amazing and was spotlessly clean. We loved the finish of the hotel and the artwork on display. The pool is fantastic and what a view? We spent all our free time there. We had some khmer friends to visit and they enjoyed a coffee at the bar and the view too? But also the turtles and fish in the pool outside the front door. We totally recommend this...
"The breakfast was our favorite part. Freshly-baked croissants brought table side was such a nice touch—and the croissants are fantastic.
Rooms are nicely appointed and definitely better than what you may find for Hyatt properties in the US. The rooftop bar had great views of the Tonle Sap meeting the Mekong, the Royal Palace grounds, riverside activity.
Walk Street is a couple of blocks away. TikTok’s and transportation are easy to come by with Grab.
Would love to stay at this property again."
"The pool and the gym add a lot to the character of the hotel. The staff is very friendly and the breakfast is good too. The rooms are decent and very clean. They are on the smaller side but good enough for a budget trip."
