Poor on management and response to guests

The property doing some construction at 10 am on Saturday. The construction is very noisy and woke me up from dept slept. The property very poor on management of something such this and they didn't care on guests check-in because this kind of work or noisy work they can do it after check-out time (after noon time). When I call to noticed at front desk they said, the subcontractor available only at that time! OMG... how the property such this couldn't manage something like this.

Nowhere to eat locally, many eateries on the Main road, Toast Coffee/Tea for breakfast in Reception. No problem for us, as we like to eat out, can bring food back to hotel. Wat Sothon very local, Wat Saman, Rattanaram about 17Km away, both well worth going to.

Nice hotel if you won't have food inside the room.

Room is big and clean. But there is ants problem, when I put food (eg, fruits, snacks) on the desk, ants just come from nowhere, go straight to the food. Even it's just the food package in the rubbish bin, ants is full of the bin. I can just use water to flood them. You can also find ants in jam and bread at the breakfast corner. Nice hotel if you won't have any food inside the room.

隔音差，沖涼水壓須改善。。。

水壓有點問題，洗澡水一時大一時小，容易著涼。。。隔音差，如果醒瞓，要帶耳塞，聽到隔壁房間說話。。。 24小時保安，每次駕車回到酒店後，都會指示那裡有停車位，很貼心！ 大堂可以代召篤篤到附近大超市及附近市場。。。甚至召的士到機場！價錢合理 地下有餐廳，只在日間營業！咖啡很好好飲！大堂放了薄餅外賣紙。。。服務非常貼心。。。 房間不能夠煮食，但是，如果有一兩個碟和餐具會更方便 沒有早餐供應，但大堂竟然有免費咖啡、茶和麵包供應！
