"Beautiful hotel in a great location. Easy walk to nice restaurants. The hotel grounds are very nice. My only suggestion would be to have softer pillows on the bed. They were large, overstuffed and not comfortable. Everything else was fantastic!"

"I really wanted to enjoy this stay, but unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience for my family. The biggest issues were the constant loud noise and the lack of parking. The noise made it extremely difficult to sleep, and traveling with young kids made that even more challenging. Because of this, we were not able to rest or enjoy our vacation the way we had planned. The parking situation was also very frustrating and added unnecessary stress throughout the stay. I had originally planned to stay the full duration and would have even considered extending our stay if the conditions had been adequate. However, the experience was so difficult that we decided to leave early because I could not put my family through another night like that. I hope the hotel can address these issues in the future, because the current situation made it impossible for us to have the relaxing family stay we were hoping for."
