"The NaturaLodge was the perfect place for us to rest and enjoy the town before we went to Machu Picchu. It exceeded our expectations, especially with things such as the cleanliness, nice bathroom, amazing views, location, lovely breakfast on top of the hotel with more amazing views, and the friendly staff. The only downside to the hotel is the trek up the stairs to get to the hotel entrance. But even with that, we would still highly recommend this hotel!"

"Someone was in my room when I arrived. The hotel wanted him to go but I don't want a room that is not clean. They gave me another room but the hotel had no water at first then no hot water for the duration of my stay. The light outside the room was not working so I had to use the light of my phone. It could be a nice hotel but need bit of work."
