Location was great for traveling around other parts of the Algarve and walkable to so many restaurants in downtown!! the only downside was the fan in our bathroom wasn’t working~ so every time we took a shower it was so steamy in there we couldn’t see- we did call, but nobody ever came to fix it… "

"On our booking the hotel stayed, on the beach hotel, double room. Showed all pictures and views from the hotel and the lounges on the beach from the front of the hotel. When we arrived it was a different hotel and the photographs was from the hotel across the road."

"The hotel is very clean and modern. Our room had a nice view. It's very close to the Aquashow. We were travelling as a group of 3, two adult friends and a ten-year-old child. The 3rd bed in our room was a flop-out chair bed, very unsuitable. This was replaced with a camp bed on wheels, which was, needless to say, also very uncomfortable and unsuitable for an adult. We were allowed to stay on site for the remainder of the day following check out. "

"The hotel is in a great location, however there are many online reviews that claim the sun sets over the sea - it doesn’t. The sunsets were beautiful, but the sun went down over land not sea. The staff were really nice. The hotel had bikes for rent - but when we tried to rent them we were told they weren’t safe snd they were awaiting a new delivery. Not really a problem but why not remove the bike with the sign saying “rent me”? "
