Lovely hotel to stay in before flying home. Dinner in the hotel was delicious. Adults enjoyed the breakfast but it was too healthy for the kids!

It's a hotel room, but the staff was amazing. We had an early flight and had to leave at 4:00 am (and would miss breakfast). Without us asking, they offered to put a box lunch in the fridge for us to grab on our way out.

I chose to stay at Hotel Dvor Jezersek Brnik because I had a 6:30 am plane and the hotel was only five minutes from the airport. I was not expecting much but the hotel was terrific. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. Also the staff was very helpful. They even packed me breakfast to take with me to the airport. I had one of my best meals at the hotel restaurant. The food was very sophisticated and delicious. I wish I had been able to stay at the hotel more than one night.

We loved this property but of the two couples that stayed together that night, two slightly different experiences. One rated everything a five, just thoroughly enjoyed the stay and meals. The other couple's room was quite warm with no air conditioning, mold in the shower and were situated over the kitchen and awoken at 4:30 with the sounds of kitchen prep. Still rated the experience a 4. Lovely place, 7 minute drive to the airport and Uber charge was $14 (without tip).

We booked this hotel because we had a 6 AM flight out of Ljubljana the next morning. It seemed to be the closest hotel to the airport. It is a unique property and seems to be used mostly for events and a cooking school. Having rooms available is a side bar… Staff was very nice and helpful. There is no air-conditioning. but they do provide a fan. The bathroom is dated and our room was pretty basic. If you have an early flight I would stay in Ljubljana.

Very helpful and friendly staff, offered us some Charcuteria and breada when we arrived late one evening and the restaurant was about to shut. Clean and well maintained rooms. Lovely old property with a fabulous restaurant.

The hotel is easy to find and check-in was smooth. The complimentary breakfast was very good. Lots of variety in food offered. The room was clean but very warm. It was uncomfortable to sleep through the night. There was a fan in the room but it was not enough to make the room comfortable. Air conditioning is sorely needed.

A lovely, small farm village location, 10 minutes from the Ljubyana airport. There are no restaurants around except at the premises. The good news is it’s a Michelin rated restaurant. You’ll need to make reservations for dining in advance. They will arrange a shuttle for you which really means an expensive cab ride. If you use Uber, you can book a taxi to come pick you up from the airport for €20.

The grounds are beautiful, and as everyone on here seems to agree - breakfast was incredible! We went straight from checkout to a grueling three day hut-hut hike so appreciated the nourishment provided. The nearby location to the airport was crucial as our flight was delayed and arrived quite late at night. We had a bit of trouble finding the parking lot in the dark, google maps steered us wrong! But after driving around a bit we got right in. Reception had closed but provided us easy instructions for checking in, and were extremely communicative and helpful prior to our arrival. You would never know it's only a five minute drive from baggage claim, the property is so charming. Would love to have spent more than twelve hours at this wonderful place. Thank you!

The staff members were all very helpful, but our room was very tiny and very warm since there was no air conditioning and only a very noisy fan that attempted to keep us a bit cool. The room was historical and unique, which we liked, but it had a few quirks. Having to insert (and keep inserted) a key card for the electricity to stay on was different, but workable once we understood how it worked. The staff were excellent about calling a taxi for us to get to the airport at 4 a.m., but there really is no shuttle. The taxi cost 30 euros at that time, which was a huge amount for the distance traveled. The restaurant served delicious food and wine for dinner and our server was knowledgeable and so helpful explaining the traditional Slovenian dishes and choosing a local wine to our liking.

Like the to go breakfast for our early morning flight and the convenience of the location. Would like to have a more inexpensive way to get to the airport as 30 euros for a 2 mile trip is outrageous. The shower stalls need to be checked for mold or the chalking replaced. Ceiling fans, fan or air conditioners would be useful as rooms get warm.
