"We had a fantastic stay and would recommend this location!"

"The lobby and entrance area give a good first impression, but once you go further into the building, its age becomes much more obvious. The layout is very complicated. Even rooms on lower floors may require taking a lift, climbing several small flights of stairs and walking through narrow corridors. Some staircases also have limited railings, so I would not recommend this hotel for elderly guests or anyone with mobility or accessibility needs. The interior feels dated and worn. Although the...

"The owners were absolutely amazing, they gave us a lot of useful information upon our arrival. Extremely helpful. They even made us a breakfast to go on our departure day as we had to leave very early in the morning. The breakfast was wonderful. I wish I could give them 10 stars! Also the location was great as well. Very close to bus stops and the train station."

"A remarkable little gem of a hotel in Haarlem. The history of the building just adds to the charm and I really appreciated the history lesson while checking in. The original ceiling painting in the reception/breakfast area is beautiful. They’ve done a great job of modernizing the building while maintaining the charm. Do realize that you’re staying in an almost 400 year old building so there are some quirks with stairs but there is a lift to deal with most of those."

"The window wouldn’t close properly, so people were smoking drugs outside that we could smell. Who runs a Hotel next to a RAVE party? We couldn’t sleep at all ! The door kept slamming open and closed next to our room. We paid a lot of money and are very disappointed."

"Nice spot in freak location"

"Very good hotel"

"Excellent airport hotel. About 10 minutes walk from the arrival hall. Nice clean and big rooms"

"5성이라고는 생각이 안듬. 어메니티가 없음."

"The junior suite was amazing, and reasonably priced. The whole setup was perfect. If you're in AMS for business I highly recommend it!"

"Was moved to marriot residence which was very good, spacious, clean, well equipped"

"Very clean and large hotel. The convenient airport shuttle was very useful."

"We had a great stay at Intercityhotel. The room was clean and spacious and was perfect for our girls weekend. We felt safe walking from the train station to the hotel even late at night. The hotel is very accessible to get any where in Amsterdam with transit, we didn't have to uber at all. The pathway to the train station does contain stairs, so something to keep in mind if you have accesibility needs, but not at all the hotel's fault. The bar staff was polite, and went above and beyond for our...

"All good. Breakfast options could be better"

"Sehr aufmerksamsames Personal. Wir haben uns sehr willkommen gefühlt. Das Frühstück war qualitativ hervorragend, nur der Kaffee aus dem Kaffeeautomaten hat mir nicht so gut geschmeckt (da bin ich sehr heikel)."

"No amenities, not even one single bottle of water. It warms unfortunate especially for travelers from international countries arriving and not finding one single bottle of water."

"Great location! Very well maintained and clean hotel. I enjoyed this stay and would stay here again."
