"The staff at the reception desk was professional and pleasant. The room was well appointed, tastefully decorated, new furniture and nicely renovated bathrooms. The bathroom was supplied with everything one would need in terms of soap, shampoo, conditioner, and toiletries, everything in the washroom and room was fully functional and well maintained. The top floor restaurant had a nice selection of traditional and international dishes. The portions were generous. The breakfast was a buffe...

"Breakfast is disappointing. Hot water for tea can be separated from coffee machine. The queue was too long. It’s located walking distance (15 minutes) to the palace mall. It’s difficult to find restaurants nearby the hotel."

"Positive: Great location, good staff and decent breakfast. Negative: Old communist era hotel with an attempt to update. Room was 27.5 C when we arrived. When we set the thermostat to cool it heated the room to 30.5! The only option was to sleep with the window wide open to get the room back to 27. Pillows are horrible clumps of stuffing. Despite the great location and kind staff I would never stay here again."

"Value for money. Looks a bit old but a nice place and very central. I would choose again."

"Good location. Spacious apartment but lighting is not enough. Bathroom should have shower curtain or screen"

"We booked 2 AC Rooms back in March for 2 days. When we arrived, the staff looked surprised we are there until we showed the reservation and the receipt. They gave us 2 rooms then but they were both old and with problems. I believe they have a few renovated rooms that are shown in the pictures online but most of the rooms are old, smelly and moldy. The AC in our room did not work and they could not give us another room until the next day because they said they are full. Temp inside was 30C that...

"There was no hot water during our entire stay. No room service to collect rubbish. We had to ask the reception for toilet paper and soap during our stay. Location is great."

"The hotel is located very convenient in downtown. We enjoyed staying in a large room decorated in a palace style and with a huge bathroom. We would come back anytime."

"prisvärt, bra läge nära små matbutiker, apotek och 15 min promenad till mall "

"Very nice property, comfortable and clean. We are pleased that we chose to stay there and we did not have any issues. We highly recommend. Very professional landlord. "

"Easy and prompt comunication with Alex. Clean apartment, with all the essentials allowing cooking meals if intended, doing laundry if needed, a very convenient location. Quiet and safe neighborhood, within walking distance from the old center of the town, from the University of Medicine and Opera and National Theater. "

"Without an elevator, going up 3 floors with suitcases was difficult."

"The breakfast menu was so varied that, even though I stayed for two weeks, I never got bored and enjoyed it every morning."

"All good."

"It's a pleasant hotel with helpful staff, good breakfast, convenient transportation to the center."

"Great location and also great facilities. Would say that cimpared to other 3 stars hotels, this one is a 4 star. Would highly recommended it!"
