Quando fomomos tomar banho, tivemos que aguardar alguns minutos até que a água começasse a esquentar e numa força bem fraca. Para gerenciar a agua quente, quando esquentou, tivemos que manusear durante o banho a água fria (ou ficava muito quente com uma forca da água fraca ou gelada com quantidade média). "

"Lack of communication, no real check in; just trouble. I booked this place from the airport in an emergency situation; couldn’t get in since there was no information that the property was an apartment, no information regarding the apartment number that I booked in, no access code, and the front desk didn’t allow me access. After more than 3 hours trying to contact the property manager, unsuccessfully, I had to book another hotel for the night. Sarcastically, next day I received a welcome message...

"The apartment was nice. The building was nice, and the staff was very nice. The free laundry was wonderful. My only complaint is that I was turned away with a small group of 3 friends that were going to rest during the carnival for an hour or so. I was told that I was not allowed to have ANY guests in the apartment. This policy was not explicitly stated in the listing and it came as kind of a surprise and a disappointment. "
