"A little shocked to find out this is a 5 star hotel. Location was okay and appearances of the lobby and room was good. The reception was very kind! Unfortunately, there were a few big negatives. There were a lot of stains on walls and carpets and the rooms were too dark. The shower had zero water pressure, we complained to reception about this and once maintenance had a look they informed us the pressure was normal for the hotel. "Only complaint is the stairs to access room, we had 5 flights of really steep stairs to access our room. "

"Perfect location on a pedestrian only street so the room was lovely and quiet. We stayed in a cosy room which was nicely designed and reasonable value. The only negative re the room, was the view. The window faces onto a wall about a metre away. The wall is covered by plastic greenery with light coming from the top only.
