"Great, place to stay."

"The bed in room 117 was terrible, mattress was in need of replacement years ago. We were exhausted from a long day of driving and probably would have requested another room, but realize how bad the bed was until we TRIED to go to sleep. Breakfast was Meh, no brewed coffee and powdered eggs. Not worth $100. WILL NOT BE STAYING AT A QUALITY INN AGAIN"

"Best Hotel Ever! Staff is cordial, helpful, very friendly. Comfortable clean room, nice lighting, good bathroom (needs another grab bar in tub at rythe wall near the faucet. Great bar, restaurant, dinner and breakfast. We love Drury, highly recommend. "

"The AC didn’t work. I told the night guy and he tried to convince me that it was working. I said it would be OK until morning as it was going to be a cool night but hot the next day. He assured me something would be done by morning. The next morning the day guy had no idea about my situation. He did finally move us to another room. The next night I came back for a shower and no hot water. The night shift guy again said he couldn’t do anything until the plumber got there the next morning. I have stayed at this location several times in the past and was very satisfied. But this time was a disappointment. . I’m going to have to shop around the next time I visit Salem. "
